I. The main reasons for the heating up of the bearing bush are as follows:

4. Lubrication system failure.

1. Causes and solutions of the temperature rise caused by the running time of the hydraulic catch wheel:

The normal operation of the hydraulic catch wheel of rotary kiln has a lot to do with the force of the roller. When the upstream speed of the hydraulic wheel is slow and uneven, and the downward velocity is relatively fast, the downward axial thrust is formed. This thrust can cause relative impact and friction between the shaft and the tile.When the contact gap between one of the catch wheel thrust plate and the bearing bush tip is less, the bearing bush temperature rise occurs.

Measures to deal with:

a. Quickly change the direction of the hydraulic catch wheel. By touching the contact switch, force changes the direction of movement of the hydraulic catch wheel.

b. Check the speed control valve of the hydraulic catch wheel, the opening of throttle valve and oil cylinder seal ring.

c. Normal running of rotary kiln hydraulic block up and down stroke of the total time is 8 ~ 10 hours, generally the travel time  ratio from up and down is 1 or less, if downward shorter or less than 3 hours, you should adjust speed regulating valve or throttle opening, or replace the damaged cylinder seals.

2. The solution of the bearing bush temperature rise caused by the gap between the wheel belt and the tube plate in the rotary kiln?

According to the stress analysis of the wheel belt, the rotary kiln cylinder is affected by the high temperature at 350 ~ 380℃ working temperature, and the largest deformation displacement is in the vertical direction of the wheel belt. At the same time, when the clearance between the cylinder pad and belting leather is too large, if the temperature difference of the belting leather on both sides of the cylinder is large, high temperature side of the cylinder stiffness reduce, deflection increases, the contact area with belting leather increase, and the other side of contact area of belting leather is smaller, both of belting leather ends with supporting roller contact area changes, cause stress on both sides of the supporting roller bearings not divide evenly, also caused the bearing temperature rise.

3. The reasons and solutions for the unsmooth flow of circulating water, the low volume or seepage of the internal circulating water pipes in the rotary kiln, caused the bearing bush temperature rise.

The circulating water in the rotary kiln is unsmooth or the quantity is less easy to cause the bearing bush heat. When the internal circulating water pipe in the rotary kiln is leaking, it breaks the viscosity of the lubricating oil, aggravates the oil quality, and the bearing bush temperature rises.

The treatment measures are: acid cleaning circulating water pipe, removing internal oil pollution impurities; replace damaged internal pipes.

4. Causes and treatment of bearing bush temperature rise caused by lubricating oil.

Rotary kiln lubricants for long time not change or maintenance, cause lubricant viscosity reduction, or oil emulsion, or oil containing dust impurities, can cause the beraing bush heat. The best way to deal with it is to replace the new oil regularly and to strengthen the maintenance of the supporting roller bearing bush.
