The rotary drum stone washer is mainly for the construction of highways, railways, bridges, tunnels high standards of engineering.

Working principle of Rotary drum stone washer:
When working, electric motor drives the drum sieve to rotate after reducing speed through V-belt, gear box, gear wheel. the materials are fed in through the hopper, at the same time, add water.
Materials roll in the shell, stones are grinded mutually, to remove the surface covered with impurities. At the same time to destroy the water vapor layer coated with sand, in order to facilitate dehydration; at the same time add water, the formation of a strong water flow.
The continuous water flow brings the impurities away and is discharged through the water outlet on the bottom of the shell at the discharging end, clean materials are sent out through the outlet.
