Introduction of Vertical combination crusher
Vertical combination crusher combines the hammer crusher and impact crusher to be a kind of vertical crusher and high-efficient rock crushers.
It is mainly adapted to crush medium-sized raw materials and clinkers, widely applied in medium and fine crushing fields of high hard and super hard materials such as various rocks and ores, cement, refractory, bauxite aggregate, emery and glass raw materials. What’s more, in the cement industry, the crusher would be used as the secondary crusher.
It has features of big reduction ratio, low power consumption, stable performance, simple structure and easy maintenance.
Working principle of Vertical combination crusher:
The motor drives the rotor that fixed on the main bearing to run quickly toward certain direction when the machine works.
The materials dropped into high speed rotation of the impeller, and then form an umbrella shunt in the impeller with the other part.
The surrounding material produce high speed impact and crushing under the centrifugal force. After crashing into each other, the materials will go on repeats crushing and grinding between the impeller and the casing of the machine.
Finally, the materials are gradually crushed into needed sizes and come out.
