Introduction of ferry push car

Ferry push car is a necessity for various steam-cured products manufacturers to connect pressing section with steam curing section for reversing drag. This product is designed on the basis of imported products, it features by powerful drag and push.


The car can do accurate stopping, location and track connection after fast transverse movement; also it can do frequency conversion slow speed movement when carrying load and frequency conversion fast speed movement when returning. The car is equipped with longitudinal power set which can drag and push 20 steam curing dollies loaded with 3t products.

Working principle of ferry push car

Pouring Ferry Cart: It is composed of two parts: a frame and a driver.


Frame: its beam frame is rectangular steel structure welded by rectangular steel tube and steel angle with anti-skidding riffled plate and guide rail for autoclave cart or mould on it, whose stiffness can afford the local maximum load.


The driver is divided into active and passive drive. Active drive consists of the motor, reducer, drive shaft, coupler, and wheel etc. controlled by the electric box. When electric box begins to transmit electricity to the motor, active driving system drives the ferry cart, conveying cutting-finished blocks to autoclave line or transporting after-autoclaving finished products to pile site.


This machine has double functions: ferrying the kiln cart and pushing it into the kiln. It can run stably and reliably, save large labor and improve production scheduling speed.
