Introduction of Agitation Leaching Tank

Agitation Leaching Tank is mainly used to mix slurry before flotation in the beneficiation process. It can mix drug and slurry completely. It is suitable to mix slurry with density smaller than 30% (weight ratio) and size smaller than 1mm. V-belt of motor drives impeller to mix drug and slurry completely.

This machine can increase reaction time and strengthen reaction quality of the drug. Agitation Leaching Tank is mainly used in cyanide leaching of gold producing and sewage treatment of cyanide factories.

It is also used in metallurgy, chemical industry, and light industry. In carbon slurry process and cyanide process, the leaching tank should be used together with carbon screen, carbon pulp, and other auxiliary equipment.  

Features of Agitation Leaching Tank

1. Reasonable structure and good sealing, high transmission efficiency.

2. Large diameter impeller and low rotate speed lead to the low power and carbon consumption.

3. The pulp stirs well, and the blender blade is fan-shaped which enlarges its contact area with the agent.

4. The stirring tub has advantages of advanced performance, stable quality of the finished product, even mixing and quick discharge.

5. The impeller is lined with rubber; cycle speed is low; long service life.

Working principle of Agitation Leaching Tank

When the impeller rotation is driven by the motor V-belt drive, under the rotation of the impeller, the compact air gets through the elbow pipe or the hollow shaft to the tank’s bottom, the raising air plays the role of mixing.

At the same time the big bubble shattered by the impeller changing into small bubbles, in the end, the pulp and air reach fully mixing and sodium cyanide solution contacts with the pulp completely thereby get the better ore leaching result.

The ore pulp and the reagents will be evenly mixed, and the mixed suspension liquid will be discharged from the overflow port.
