Introduction of Movable step air turning over cutting machine
AAC cutting machine includes air turning cutting machine and ground turning cutting machine. Their production technology & equipment configuration are different, but cutting technique are the same.
Air turning cutting machine, also called step movable cutting machine, is the main equipment in AAC production. The air turnover AAC plant is the latest technology for the autoclaved aerated concrete product.
It uses air turnover AAC cutting machine/ aerial tumbling cutting machine, PLC batching system, complete full automatic control for all the AAC plant, use less workers, save cost and improve the rate of finished goods, efficiency.
According to the different raw material, we can provide sand AAC brick making machine/ sand AAC block machine and fly ash AAC block production line.
Features of Movable step air turning over cutting machine
1. This cutter has simple and compact structure, convenient for maintenance.
2. It has high working efficiency, it can turn over blocks meanwhile cutting blocks.

Working principle of Movable step cutting machine
Body Travel: turn over the prestreamed body with mould for 90°, then put the body on the cutting car or the roller track, the stripping machine strips the die grid.
The body passes through the cutting car or the roller track to make horizontal cutting and goes ahead to the pointed cutting position to make transverse cutting and then goes on till the traveler lifts the body.
