Introduction of ground turn over cutting machine
Cutting machine is the main equipment of AAC production line , especially for the capacity more than 50000 cubic meters. It’s a necessary equipment to improve capacity and equality.
Our ground turn over cutting machine with advanced technology, can make the blank body with only one step, turning cut the six sides. Solve the problems of fish scale striae, double fold eyelids & edge breakage, inaccuracy brick size and long circle cutting which existed on the old domestic cutting machine.

Working principle of ground turn over cutting machine
The prestreamed body is lifted by the pointed traveller to the turnover table and stripping the die grid and turned for 90° by hydraulic unit, and then making sixway cutting by the longitudinal and transverse units.
After cutting the body is turned for 90° by the hydraulic unit to the original positon, finishing a cutting period.
