Introduction of aluminum powder mixer
The aluminum mixer is made up of the mixing tank, mixing shaft, frame, valve, and motor. It is used for mixing aluminum powder or cream that is already measured.
The mixing tank is cylindrical and the bottom shaped like a truncated cone, which is easy to discharge. It is made of steel and the discharge is controlled by the pneumatic butterfly valve. The mixing fan is composed of the main shaft, up and down fan.
Aluminum powder mixer is aerated concrete production equipment, mainly used for mixing aluminum powder. High-speed mixer blade aluminum powder, aluminum powder in the end, will be completely broken up and the group and water mix, the ingredients ready.
Working principle of aluminum powder mixer
The aluminum powder mixer is driven by the motor which rotates as a clockwise direction, and drag the mixing shaft and agitator, and make the material turn inside the drum, the mixing powder comes down from the sprue gate and it is controlled by the butterfly valve.
