Introduction of rotary cooler
The cooling machine is a kind of heat exchange device of the rotary kiln production system, which is mainly used for the fine chemical cooling of slag, limestone, coal, and clay in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, and cement industry.
Rotary cooler can also be used for the compound fertilizer production line. Drum cooler has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, and reliable operation. The exchanged heat can enter into the rotary kiln to improve the thermal efficiency of the whole system.
The industrial cooling machine can be divided into two types according to the different cooling methods: the cylinder cooling machine and grate cooling machine, wherein the cylinder cooling machine can be divided into single cylinder cooling machine and multi-cylinder cooling machine.
