Introduction of Box hammer crusher
Box hammer crusher is a new kind of crusher which has been widely used in the industry of limestone crushing.
It is very suitable for processing big raw material with size 450-1400mm to small granularity below 100mm, which is widely used for mine, cement, building material, chemical industry and so on.
It suitable for crushing raw material with compression strength not more than 300Mpa, such as limestone, rock, plaster, coal, coal gangue etc.
The device can change material particle size and adjust gap of article grate in accordance with user requirements, so it can meet different users demand.

Working principle of Box hammer crusher:
In box hammer crusher gravity, hammers do high-speed circular motion along with rotors driven by the motor.
The material fed into the crusher from the feeding opening, the centrifugal force at high speed to produce a high density and high speed impact crushing, cut and grinded to be powder by the high speed hammer.
Under the rotator, there is the screen plate. The material which is smaller than the size of screen mesh will be discharged out, while those which are bigger than the mesh size will be continually crushed and grinded by the hammer and will be finally discharged.
