Introduction of vibrating feeder
Vibrating feeder also can be called vibrating feeding machine. This machine takes the advantage of centrifugal force made by block rotation of eccentric vibrator, which can make the vibrator, movable portion, and sieve compartment to continuously move all the time.
Vibratory feeder in the production line can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to crushing mechanical evenly and continuously. Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.
Features of vibrating feeder:
1. Small size, light weight, simple and compact structure.
2. Stable vibration, reliable operation. Installation easy, low operates costs.
3. Special trash rack designed to prevent material clogging.
4. Adopt converter controlling equipment, the feeding capacity can be controlled exactly.
5. The TSW feeder use updated material and structure design, so the service life is quite long and it’s easy to maintain.
6. The two-stepped grids can screen the raw minerals directly, reducing the handling capacity of flowing crushers. As a result, the whole production line capacity can be greatly increased.
Working principle of vibrating feeder:
Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device, and motor. When the two vibrating motors with the same angular velocity for the reverse operation, the inertia force generated by the eccentric block is repeated in a particular phase superimposed or offset.
When the material through the slot on the screen bars, smaller material falls through the sieve of the gap, not after crushing process under the Road, play the effect of screening. Vibrating feeder conveys the material to the feeding device.
