Introduction of Super Fine Rotor Powder Concentrator
KX-high thin rotor powder concentrator is an improved version of external circular rotor powder concente\rator by our years' research and development.it is designed by the theory of plane vortex cyclone powder concentrator.
The practice proved that the efficiency of the election is more than 85% ,and the fine degree of adjustment is flrxibility with a reliable performance.
The device can also be used for drypowder separation in the machine-made sand production process. It can easily control the content of powder so as to meet different needs of users.

Working principle of Super Fine Rotor Powder Concentrator
Through adjustable motor controls main shaft rotating speed whilst inspect powder output condition, by adjusting impeller angle and rotating speed makes the separating chamber air steam change, so that to ideal process requirements.
Feed enters the classifier at a controlled rate from the top and falls onto a rotating distributor plate. The plate disperses the product into an adjustable airsteam which is generated by the integral fan. The fines are entrained in the air steam and are carried over to the outer cone whilst the coarse particles fall down into the inner cone. The products are discharged from the bottom of the machine. This self contained process significantly reduces investment, maintenance, and running costs.
